Potato, brocolli and cauliflower soup


THE most perfect meal after flying from Europe to America.
Something warm, homemade, bland and comforting.

Don't forget the celery!

This looks yummy! (Except for the celery, of course, which is evil.)

I ran into a nice lady who told me the secret of why her soup stock was so luscious and flavorful. She would boil cauliflower and then puree it in the blender and use that and chicken broth as her stock. Oh so tasty!
